Major General Breaks Silence on Mental Health Struggles – It Almost Cost Him His Life
Retired U.S. Army major general, Gregg F. Martin, recently gave a powerful presentation to Soldiers and Army civilians from the 20th CBRNE Command at APG, discussing his personal mental health journey.
Martin, a bipolar survivor, shared how he faced misdiagnoses before finally receiving the correct diagnosis and treatment.
He emphasized the importance of prioritizing mental health and eliminating the stigma that surrounds it. Martin's story resonated with the attendees, who appreciated his openness and resilience.
Reminder to check on your family and friends whether they are military or civilian, mental health is offered suffered in silence and a caring resource can make a big difference!

Ravens and Browns Showcase Star Quarterbacks and Dominant Defenses in Highly Anticipated Match Up
Today’s game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns promises to be a thrilling match up as it features two star quarterbacks and two of the league's top defenses.
Lamar Jackson of the Ravens and Deshaun Watson of the Browns are expected to be on the field after Watson's injury kept him out of their previous match up earlier this season.
Both teams rely on a strong defensive unit to stifle their opponents. The Browns, ranked first in the league in total defense, have limited their opponents to record-low yardage totals, while the Ravens' defense ranks second.
The teams in the AFC North all have impressive records, making the divisional match ups crucial and intense.
