Quadruple Shooting in Edgewood Leads to Arrest

<sub>A man has been taken into custody in connection with a quadruple shooting that occurred on July 4 in Edgewood. The shooting took place in the 600-block of Harr Park Court, where a fight broke out among a group of people, resulting in multiple gunshots.

The victims of the shooting include Rayvon Perry, 21, of Aberdeen, and three others identified as Cameron Ward, 21, of Edgewood, and two male juveniles aged 17. Perry was found near the Royal Farms with a gunshot wound to the lower body and was transported to a trauma center for treatment. The other victims sought medical attention at different area hospitals.

The suspect, Dwayne Aaron Johnson, 39, of Edgewood, has been charged with attempted first- and second-degree murder. An arrest warrant was obtained by detectives on October 5, 2023, and Johnson was taken into custody on October 6, 2023, without incident. He is currently being held without bond at the Harford County Detention Center.
